This is a tropical blend of pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut (pulp with its juice), with a delicious spicy kick from fresh ginger.  Coconut is by far one of the best fattening foods that you should eat of all. It is not only tasty, but rich in medium chain triglyceride fats that improve your metabolism, clear cholesterol from the body and blood stream, aid in digestion, assist with fighting off bacteria and warding off depression. For Protein, we infuse our yoghurts with either:

  • Yoghurt Base (Animal Protein)
  • Vegan Base (Plant protein such as soya, coconut or almond milk)

Nutritional Value:

  • Coconut Fruit: coconut pulp is notable for its high fiber content as well as significant amounts of iron and potassium. Despite being high in saturated fat, coconut is cholesterol-free and low in sodium.
  • Banana: A healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients)
  • Pineapple: A great source of bromelain, a protein-digesting enzyme that helps reduce inflammation and promote healthy digestion)
  • Mango: It is a low-calorie fruit that is high in fibre, and is a great source of vitamins A and C. It also contains folate, B6, iron and a little calcium, zinc and vitamin E. Mangoes are a good source of antioxidants, containing certain phytochemicals such as gallotannins and mangiferin.
  • Ginger: A root traditionally used for stimulating and supporting digestion, reducing nausea and upset stomach, and reducing constipation.
